Mother, Grandmother, Friend
One day out of the year is dedicated to celebrate mothers.
But today mom– I want to make it known that I celebrate you everyday!
From the moment that you chose life for me you began to sacrifice.
I need you to understand how grateful I am to you for everything you’ve done and do, but most importantly how much I absolutely love you.
From childhood up to this day you’ve watched, you’ve taught, you’ve led the way.
With a spirit so beautiful, honorable and true I was blessed to find the mother in you.
Mom I am sorry for any pain I may have caused you , or any sleepless nights you spent in fear praying to God to guard me and to let no harm come near.
Mom I forgive you for any hurt I held onto because without that load, I too can heal and repent to the Lord.
Over the years we have shared in both good and trying times yet I recollect them all with joyful tears.

God has a purpose for everything. God always has a plan.
I commit to you today Mom to do everything that I can– to continue to give you my time, my love, my support, and the great respect that you deserve.
Through your grandchildren comes the reminder that our memories we must preserve.
For you are our inspiration, our teacher, my best friend!
I have loved you before our very first touch and will celebrate you

The Lord our God created us in His image and inside of each of you He has given you the ability to
have a God kind of love.
Marriage is a beautiful sacrament that has now joined the two of you as man and wife.
Oh how God must be smiling upon you both because it pleases Him that your love is forgiving,
unfailing, unchanged, and most importantly- it's colorblind. Let not the ways and thoughts of this world
lead you, but let the Lord our God perfectly guide the steps you now take together as a family.
May you respect, love, tust, and support one another in all that you do and say, remembering that we
are all only but human- and imperfect at that,
May you grow together in your faith and spirituality so that you may live out the purpose that God
placed you here to serve,
And may your love conquer all until the day the Almighty One calls.
