The Flower
Like a flower are all of us
Days come and go, our leaves get crushed
Some days the sun shines
Other days we feel the beating of raindrops
upon our already weighted down petals.
Strong are we in our roots
Yet as the wind blows by, sometimes go our
friends with it.
Steady pounding on our backs the wind tries
to pull us down.
It cannot break us.
The seasons may bring us change,
but our true beauty will always remain.

Oh the beauty of your love oh Lord.
As I soar among the fluffy white clouds
I feel closer to your presence.
The simplicity of the wondrous beauty of the blue painted sky...

How spectacular must your gift called heaven for us be!
Your agape love has blessed us...
With the most natural sights both seen and unseen.
You dabble not in anything, but excel in yet everything!
